Excellent Training Collar which exceeds any dog owners expectations!

I have been a dog owner for over 30 years and have always owned rescues. My dog and I recently relocated from California to rural Kentucky and are living on acres of property. Recently it was realized that my 5 year old Shepard mix had issues with "possession" when around other dogs.

I did extensive research on training collars before deciding to purchase the PAWPRO Shock Collar. Because my dog has free reign to roam numerous pastures, I needed a collar that no only offered range but options such as vibration, tone and static shock.

The PAWPRO training collar arrived on time, well packed and was obviously brand new. I love the orange color of both the collar and remote. I like the style of the remote as so many other brands remotes are black and the size and shape are similar to tv remotes. The wrist strap which can be attached to the remote is a plus. The ability to lock the remote so that you don't accidently shock your dog is an additional benefit.

Instructions for set-up, charging and use were simple and easy to understand. Charging was quick as both the collar and remote can be charged at the same time.The collar comes with two sets of contact points and conductive silicone caps. I use the longer set on my dog. The test light tool is not only used to make sure the shock mode is working but also is a tool to tighten or loosen the contact points which came in handy.

My dog has responded extremely well to the beep tone. The remote offers 8 different tones. I use "tone type 4" for my dog. Although the training collar offers vibration with levels 1-16 and shock levels of 1-99 I have not had to utilize these features on my dog.

I think what surprised me most about the PAWPRO Training Collar was the range. I assumed that the device would have a good amount of range however I was completely taken aback by the actual distance that is reached with this device. PAWPRO advertises a range of 4 Miles and I can attest to the validity of this range. I was utterly AMAZED with the range of this device. My dog can be pastures away from the house and all I have to do is "beep" her once,
she immediately stops what she's doing and returns home.

I received the PAWPRO Training Collar on May 03, 2024 and have used it daily. It has been 2 weeks since the device was initially charged and it is still going strong. I couldn't be more pleased.

I have my life back

This thing is a MIRACLE! I work a 4pm to 12am shift, so it’s pitch black by the time I get home.
My dog happens to be black and she just LOVES to run like crazy after being home alone all evening.
It has been a nightmare each night after work for myself because I couldn’t tell if she had ran off, or if she was 15ft away.

The beep tone works the best for my dog. She responds immediately. The shock at even the highest setting does not faze her. I’m guessing it is the amount of fur on her neck. The vibrate function gets her attention but the tone is what makes her come back the quickest. I’m wondering if the tone startles her or is a nuisance sound so that must be why she obeys? Either way it works. I bought this for the range. Super happy with it. It would be nice if it had tracking ability too. I have a different collar for tracking.

THIS PAWPRO COLLAR CREATES DOGGY MIRACLES!!!

We have had our German Shepherd for almost a year now, she was not even a year old when we got her and she is such a good dog. However, there were some behaviors that made her really hard to deal with, especially with a toddler and other animals on our land. One of them was that she would bulldoze people which became a pretty dangerous situation with my son a few times. She's a big dog and very strong, we've tried to train her in a variety of ways and nothing was working.
